'The Next Decade' is a 501(c3) Non- Profit Organization, which will provide support to young adults with Autism and other disabilities in the community in Ventura County. Our office is located at 2901 Peninsula Road, Suite #146 in Oxnard, CA. 93035. The Director is Dr. Patti Gault, a Special Educator, who has worked as a Special Education Teacher in the Public School System for the past forty-four years.
Our purpose at ‘The Next Decade’ is to support Young Adults with Autism and other Intellectual Disabilities, who are beyond school age (22+), to reach their full potential, with the greatest level of Independence LEADS TO HAPPINESS.
We are committed to support young adults with Autism and other intellectual disabilities to achieve their individual goals for the very best in LIFE.
We believe that ALL young adults with Autism and other disabilities, given the right support and MANY opportunities, can succeed in becoming independent citizens, making a meaningful impact in their lives and in their communities. We believe that even those who are most dependent seek Independence in their lives. We believe that INDEPENDENCE
